Role Description and Objective: The Quality Control Manager ensures that all products made, and/or services rendered, consistently and reliably meet or exceed quality standards set by the client, KMM and certifying bodies. The QC Manager has a deep understanding of inspection methodologies and is in the primary seat of determining what is good vs. bad with regard to dimensional measurements.

Your Impact:
As our Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with ISO 13485:2016 and AS9100 along with customer specifications while championing quality improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and drive excellence. You’ll oversee quality operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
Tactical Responsibilities – Precision in Action
Oversee calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment
Ensure thorough and accurate quality documentation
Manage NCR issuance and resolution processes to drive continuous improvement
Direct daily quality operations, including real-time shop floor inspections, keeping production moving
Participate in audits, risk analysis, and management review meetings
Strategic Responsibilities – Driving Innovation & Improvement
Develop and enhance quality control strategies to improve efficiency and compliance
Research and recommend new equipment and software to stay at the cutting edge of quality assurance
Partner with Engineering and Operations to create quality plans, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize workflows
Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements and resolve project concerns
Lead, mentor, and train quality team members, fostering growth and expertise
