Studies specifications, such as blueprints, sketches, models, or descriptions of product to determine set ups, tooling, etc. required to set up the machines used to EDM parts.
Communicates set ups to other personnel as required.
Modifies G & M Codes
Set Up and operate RAM EDM’s.
Inspects/Verifies conformance of RAM EDM parts to specifications using gaging.
Removes finish marks as required. May fit or assembles parts together such as punches into punch holders after RAM and Wire EDM.
