Mechanical Engineer - CNC Multi-Axis Mill-Turn Problem Solver, Setup/Operator – Precision That Matters
📍 Hatboro, PA | Full-Time

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a B.S. degree that has a passion for CNC machining to set up and operate highly complex CNC Multi-Axis Mill-Turn. If you thrive on problem-solving, craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and you are a whiz at this trade this is your opportunity to make a difference.
🔧 What You'll Do:
Set up and operate advanced multi-axis CNC Mill-Turn machines (8–11 axis)
Interpret blueprints, routers, and setup documentation to plan and execute jobs
Program, modify, and optimize NC code for peak performance
Perform inspections and verify that all parts meet quality standards and specs.
Troubleshoot problems, suggest improvements, and support lights-out manufacturing
Maintain clean, organized work areas and uphold safety practices
✅ What You Bring:
Mechanical Engineering program graduate with a focus on CNC machining
Knowledge of NC code and machine controls (Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi)
Experience with CNC Mills and Lathes. DMG equipment operating experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and blueprints with GD&T
Cutting Tool Selection Skills & Experience and machining a variety of Stainless Steel, High Temp Alloys, Aluminum & Titanium.
Solid understanding of setup sheets, tooling, speeds/feeds, and in-process inspections

Experience in regulated manufacturing to Quality Management Standards such as ISO 13485 or AS9100
