CNC Milling Machinist (3, 4 & 5-Axis) – Precision That Matters


📍 Hatboro, PA | Full-Time

Do you take pride in mastering complex, tight-tolerance parts on a 5-axis mill?
At KMM Group, Ltd., we craft mission-critical components that fuel life-saving medical devices and cutting-edge aerospace systems. We’re searching for a skilled CNC Milling Setup/Operator with experience across 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining who thrives on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and producing precision work that makes a real impact.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines across 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis platforms (DMU, DMC, Haas, Hurco, or similar)

  • Read and interpret complex blueprints with GD&T to plan, set up, and machine high-precision parts

  • Modify and optimize programs for performance and efficiency; Fanuc and Siemens experience preferred

  • Perform detailed inspections and in-process verification to ensure all specifications are met

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality to troubleshoot and improve processes

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of CNC milling experience in a high-precision manufacturing environment (3/4-axis required; 5-axis experience a plus)

  • Strong knowledge of machining high-performance materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, and similar alloys

  • Solid understanding of tool selection, speeds and feeds, and fixture design

  • Experience working in ISO 13485 and/or AS9100 environments

Strong working knowledge of GD&T, including feature control frames such as true position, parallelism, flatness, concentricity, and profile of a surface.
