5-Axis CNC Milling Machinist – Precision That Matters
📍 Hatboro, PA | Full-Time

Do you take pride in mastering complex, tight-tolerance parts on a 5-axis mill?
At KMM Group, Ltd., we craft mission-critical components that fuel life-saving medical devices and cutting-edge aerospace systems. We’re searching for an elite 5-Axis CNC Milling Setup/Operator who thrives on craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and precision that makes an impact.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate advanced 5-axis CNC milling machines (such as DMU, DMC, or similar platforms)

  • Read and interpret complex blueprints with GD&T to plan, set up, and machine high-precision parts

  • Modify and optimize programs (Fanuc & Siemens preferred) for top performance

  • Perform detailed inspections and in-process verifications to ensure specs are met

  • Collaborate with engineering and quality to troubleshoot and improve processes

✅ What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of 5-axis CNC milling experience in a high-precision environment

  • Deep knowledge of high-performance materials (Stainless, Inconel, Titanium, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of tool selection, speeds & feeds, and fixture design

  • Experience working within ISO 13485 or AS9100 environments

  • Experience working with GD&T, feature control frames like true position, parallelism, flatness, concentricity, and profile of a surface.
